History:
The Flora-Bama has been around since 1962. Home of the Mullet Toss, Polar Bear Dip, the Silver Moon Liquor store and the Oyster Bar. Flora-Bama has been a staple place for Entertainment in Pensacola.
About Krewe:
The owners Joe Gilcrest and Pat McClellan have been partners since 1984. In 2005 the main building was torn down do to damage from Hurricane Ivan. Although there is a new building in its place with multiple decks the atmosphere of Flora-Bama remains the same.
